About Midlife Clarity

I help women understand what's happening in their bodies during perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. I support them in making informed choices about their health. Together we talk through symptoms, lifestyle strategies, hormone therapy and questions to bring to your healthcare provider, so you feel more confident and less alone.

Anyone in perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause, or anyone who suspects they are heading that way and wants to be prepared. You do not need a diagnosis or a plan to get started.

Many women are told this, and it can leave you feeling dismissed. Perimenopause often begins years before periods stop, and symptoms can start in your late 30s or even earlier. Menopause education has historically been a small part of medical training, so not every provider is up to date. I help you understand what's going on, organize your symptoms and questions, and practice how to advocate for yourself, so you can have a more productive conversation with your provider.

Yes. I can share how to look for clinicians with menopause expertise and what questions to ask, so you can find someone who takes your concerns seriously. The Menopause Society has a "Find a Menopause Practitioner" directory, which is a good starting point

That's a decision between you and your prescribing provider, based on your health history. What I can do is help you understand the current evidence, the potential benefits and risks, and the questions to ask, so you can be an informed participant in that decision.

I'm a licensed clinical pharmacist and a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), a credential awarded by The Menopause Society to licensed healthcare professionals who have demonstrated expertise in menopause and midlife women's health. I bring 26 years of experience in healthcare and patient education/counseling, along with a strong foundation in medications, supplements, and evidence-based health information to my education and coaching work. I have also completed training by Newson Education, an evidence-based learning hub and CPD-accredited training platform dedicated to advancing global education on menopause and women's hormone health for healthcare professionals.

No. My services are educational and supportive, and they are not a substitute for medical care. I do not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatments. What I can do is help you understand your options and prepare for conversations with your own healthcare provider.
